RENATO ABREU
CEO
Control and Automation Engineer (Mechatronics) graduated from Mauá School of Engineering, with a Master’s Degree in Finance (stricto sensu) from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP).
He has a solid career across the aviation, automotive, and mining industries, with a strong focus on operations, strategic supply chain, and MRO.
He began his career in the industrial sector, with extensive experience in industrial automation and commercial operations, developing a strong performance- and efficiency-driven mindset.
In 2008, he joined LATAM Airlines, where he led the national repair management, structuring processes across Brazil and enhancing operational performance standards. At Avianca Brasil, he held a strategic leadership role, responsible for structuring the supply chain department, building high-performance teams, and implementing the AOG Desk, achieving significant gains in operational efficiency, lead time performance, and cost reduction.
An entrepreneur in the aviation sector, he founded Aviatek Repair in 2019, focused on component repair solutions. In 2022, he expanded operations with the creation of Aviatek USA, strengthening the company’s international presence through global sourcing, parts trading, and strategic inventory and exchange management.
A results-driven executive with strong execution capabilities, strategic vision, and a proven track record in optimizing critical operations and generating value within the aviation industry.
